Liam says the £250k is like a bright light and he's like a moth  Liam wants to know what the offer will be if he takes out a red or a blue. Banker phones

Banker's offer:

He'll let Liam know what the offer will be, if he allows the banker to look in a box.

Liam says DEAL

He's allowing the banker to look in box 2, and it gets taken away and returns with a black seal on it...

And he's even more cleverer to risk letting the Banker see the contents of a box to know what will come...

This is true sportsmanship...and on that alone I so hope he does well now!

Yes, but I think it's Liam's downfall for doing this. Never deal with the devil.

He's a poker player. So we will get a statistical decision from him today.

Liam certainly does have a read on the game. This is a Deal with three to open, but a good four-box offer is worth chasing with no instant disaster scenario (albeit losing £250k will feel like one).

Oh now that's a brilliant offer. The option now is to have both sides play blind or neither. A proper what-would-you-do scenario, but because I would play as if the Banker never knew, I'd prefer to have the offer information.

And if I'm not sure, I can just take my £26,000 and run! :)

Nasty!

It was a trap! Only a £5,000 gain for finding a blue!

The banker says he's just seen £250k in the box he looked at.

The offer will be £31,000 if Liam takes out a blue. Liam says that's kind of answered his question. Liam says his friend saw a psychic, who said the £250k will be in box 2  Liam doesn't know whether he should trust a psychic and a banker  He says he's told no-one about the story of the psychic. He says he was going to deal £26k, but now he's not so sure.

The offer is still £26,000

Liam says NO DEAL

...and that proves beyond doubt the Banker wants him to either Wakey it or at least make it to three-box...

Expect a crash to blue/£10k and a £1,400 offer... this four-box offer is now a speedbump on the way to the three-box one...

Hopefully a no deal here. Just find that one blue and all is good.

There's no £10k on the board just £15k and £20k.

Oh I thought it was £10k not £20k.

Well that tips the balance further towards a No Deal. £250k here and the offer is still £7k or more, and a blue will push it past £60k. An the blue goes! Now we find out if he's inclined to blindly chase the 'no-lose' situation...
