That was a very funny game, it just shows that when OAPs have senior moments is it funny (usually a lot). Mind though anyone can get confused.
When I watched it online there was about 36 minutes of it and already 30 mins had gone by the time it got to the fourth offer so I thought that she was going to deal which she did. I still do think that Walter's game was the funniest.

Well I'm going to be a killjoy becuase I found that toe-curlingly embarrasing, especially when she did things like touch the cameraman's rear, I had to watch a lot of it hid behind a cushion! I can imagine her being a nightmare of a mother-in-law. :)

Sorry everyone. You can't please everyone though - I was similarly horrified with most the comments in Derek's (the one with the owl) game thread, he was one of my favourites of all-time and loads of people couldn't stand him! Oh well.

Can't complain about yet another OPW though. The deal I thought was about right for the board even though I think I'd have gone on, and good to see her avoid the all-blue finish. I thought looking at the time it was either going to be an 8-box deal or a trainwreck, so luckily she dealt. Someone is due a blue win soon and it's bound to be someone I really like. :?

Had to leave the house when C4 show was on but it was obvious that it was going to be an 8 box deal given the pace of the game. Given that yesterday's £250k/middle red/peanuts 5 box was a £17k offer, the odds were she was going to have something similar so £13.5k was probably a sensible deal.

Lots of humour, a delightfully eccentric player and plenty to enjoy. Plus she can count to three  (but not five) allowing for a fun game that didn't become silly or disprespectful to the rules.

Aside from a couple of 'senior moments' Margaret seemed really well focused, she remembered (mostly) the rules, allowing the Banker to play his part in proceedings.

Really really enjoyed that one

Hilarious, absolutely bonkers game with a perfect result. It almost felt like a documentary of the outtakes that occur during filming rather than an actual game, with the cameramen being told where to stand and being directed by Margaret!

A lot of the more senior contestants have provided some classic games in terms of entertainment (if not necessarily in terms of money), recently with Dirk and Walter, but also Eunice and Mary and many others. I think a lot of them try to make out they don't know how the game works, which often utterly confuses the Banker, Noel and anyone watching, but makes for great television, great stuff!

Somehow, we got an OPW out of that.
A clear case of entertainment over-ruling the gameplay as such.
