Rich says that's a good offer considering the gap on his board. Declan says there's another round in it. Rich says he agrees, but he's thinking how £15,000 is real money being offered to him now... Noel says very few people who deal at the 3rd offer make it work, but he says how £15k would be a sum which is nice to Rich.

Rich says NO DEAL

He's thinking about this too!

£10,000 and £20,000 are the two amounts to really think about here, and because the offer is right in the middle of them, a deal certainly wouldn't be bad.

But on we go!

Noel says that took a lot of courage.

Pat now, and she wishes her son Wayne a happy 40th birthday...

14 - Pat - £100,000

21 - Jaime - £1

Noel calls a break

And that £100,000 changes everything...this looks dangerously like Eddie's game now...with the £20,000 and £250,000 now both needing to stay til 5-box at the very least to get a decent offer...

And the £20,000 going makes this game simply all or nothing in terms of the offers - he's only going to see £15,000 again by playing to 5-box at least!

£8,000 is good for the board - but with good backup I'd go on

Noel talks about how Rich wants to send his father to Canada. Rich asks Shell who says it depends if you're a gambler or not, and she says £8k is a lot of money. Dave says if he takes out £250k, the offer won't reach £8k again.

Rich says NO DEAL

I meant as in if the biggie went, if two blues went too then the board would still have decent cash...
