Charlie's game today.

Off-topic: The contestant on today's Countdown runs a forum at www.c4countdown.co.uk and Carol Vorderman read the address out on air... I went to it straight away and watched the number of guests climb from about 10 to over 600 in the space of 2 minutes!! I doubt Endemol would ever mention this forum on the show!

Noel says the atmosphere is great in the studio after Ada's game. He tells us some facts about the contestants - Peter swam the English channel and Jen has done a uni course which means she can tell if people are lying...

Noel says Jen would be able to tell he was lying about Peter swimming the Channel!

Charlie has box 10.

He has his wife in the audience, and gives the story behind his name, and says how it's been passed down from his father. Charlie says how he has a very rare illness (not even going to attempt to type it out!!). He goes through the symptoms; it affects his blood system. He shows a pic of when he was young, standing with his grandmother, and he looks very grumpy We also get to see Charlie's children & grandchildren.

Noel says Charlie looks like Ian Wright and Charlie says he met Ian Wright once at his local pub!! Noel wonders what the banker will make of him, as he's been rather quiet.

I'm here also, but as I can't see the show (since S4C are incompetent fools, they're running behind, it's Claude's show tomorrow on S4C), I don't feel in a position to comment on what's going on in the show other than the offers.
