Looking relatively stable now. Could well be a decent result, but it's not been three £250ks in six games has it? And whether it has or not, Noel's clearly goading Nev on. I hope he's paying ATTEN-SHUN! to this and plays his own game.

No, it's been three times in the last eight games. Ray, Melanie, Lee, Nicola, Lisa, Paul, Chris, Martyne...

Noel tends to get things wrong...

Three in eight games if you include Martyne. [Seems as though I was beaten to it... :D ]

Definite five-figure offer coming up. Very, very interesting board now with that block of four - I'd go right to the middle of it and offer £12,500. I think... that'd be quite generous... he's only gone and done it! I think I'd be gone. But with this stability he's quite within his right not to, although surely £12,500 buys a kitchen?

£12,500?

With a board like that, I'm not sure...

Noel says the banker's used his best weapon! He says it's a very good offer bearing in mind the start Nev had.

Noel says that is a very good offer and Nev agrees. Noel says the average on this board is about £6k. Doug says it might be time for a truce now and Nev says he didn't bring a white flag as he doesn't need one

Where exactly is Nev from? Occasionally he sounds like her could be South African...
