Daniel has box 22 today. Daniel is a postman, and Noel reveals that Daniel was 20 stone when he was 20 and Daniel tells us how he decided to change things and his life and lose the weight.

Daniel shows us some pics... He has his friend David in the audience for support today, and Daniel says he is there to keep him in check as he tends to gamble on everything...
