Noel says no-one's ever turned down the possibility of £35,000 and won 1p

Noel says it's game over and silence falls on the studio and his wife breaks down crying... Matty says he's so sorry... he asks Noel if we can go to a break and Noel says we can't as there are no more breaks...

Banker time with 1p and 50p remaining...

FFS Noel you plonker. Why make him feel so bad for declining £35,000 when he was never offered that?? :evil:

Peak offer was £20,000 and people have declined more. I wanna slap that *beep* with a wet fish

Deadly silence in the studio with minimal sound effects... no-one knows what to say and Matty says a nice chunk of money would've been good. Noel says he's the 16th member of the 1p club, and that in the future, he'll be able to laugh about being in the hall of fame

Noel says Matty will be able to bounce back from this as he's a strong guy. Noel says he doesn't know how to finish the show... as he brought the 1p to the table and gave away £50,000... he simply says "See you tomorrow"...

But that wasn't a dead cert chance. It was 33% so the chances are he wouldn't have won it anyway...
But Noel drags Matty down and tells him he blew £35,000. No mention of the 'maybe' £35,000 through the egg system, just 'You blew £35,000'
