Noel finds a piece of paper that Phil has that has a sort of system he is going to use...

Oh no says Noel, the scale of this red run defies belief! The banker calls and says he wants to give a prediction, and he believes that Phil will be going away with 1p, and to come back for the trainwreck!!!
