Sarah says it was one of the hardest things to say "No deal" at the last offer... Noel says it was the right decision but now she has a very difficult decision... she says it's a fantastic offer and it's tempting after being brave, to be a bit braver...

George says if she takes out £75k, she won't see £18,500 again - Noel does a sweep and they all say "deal" or "for Sarah, deal"... except Gemma who says no deal...
