Well I'd take that one with £750 not being a lot. Would be a long way short of the silliest Power 5/blue gamble ever though!

Thoughtful music. Noel says the banker wants to get a player for the same amount four times in a row, Artak says it's all or nothing and that's the story of his life. His friend comes down and has a chat with him. Artak asks Noel if there's a chance of a swap and he says there's no guarantee.

The banker phones and says a swap will be offered due to Artak's courage

That offer was inevitable, and it's also mean, I'd go on.

Never ever SWAP...

It's always harder at the end to think you gave the money away.... :(

Well I'd always swap on the grounds of thinking that I always had a given number on the table in the first place and chose it myself, rather than being 'assigned' it, but swap or no swap, that was a hell of an ending...!

And that's a salutory reminder that when you play the game, sometimes you pay the price. Although with the stability of the board, it was justifiable to do so and then get out at two-box, and the two-box offer wasn't enormously generous...

Everyone looks devastated and people are crying... Artak starts crying and Noel says we share his grief...

The other box - Artak's ORIGINAL box - box 9 - newbie Stuart - £50,000

OUCH! :(

Noel says it's a really cruel twist to the end of the game as Artak carried £50k to the table and swapped it away...

Noel says everyone feels upset... :? :( Noel says in a random game, sometimes the luck isn't there... he says Artak's dreams WILL come true and he says he'll see us Saturday.

NOOOOO!!! I would've done exactly the same except wouldn't have swapped, so I would've won 50k. But poor Artak :( . He was such a great contestant and deserved that 50k. The 16.5k for the banker was actually a fair offer, but I think that's the new 26k. The banker probably likes it more, too. It's lower so that's less money he has to give away. We really need a big win tomorrow to undo all these low wins and squandered opportunities.

When he said swap I curled my toes I was at the tv don't swap don't swap never do it 95% of time it fails. When he did I sensed the £750 was coming!

:( Bad decision to swap swapping in generally is normally bad but was definatly right the way he played the game to get to that point and the £16,500 was ASKING to be No dealed just a shame the cardinal syn of swapping got to him. Such a shame.

I would have got 50K today too especially with my never swap philosophy.

Second worst endgame swap ever - that even outdoes Matt's effort. Can't fault him for sticking to his gameplan though, and if he always planned to swap for that box he shouldn't have any regrets really.

The outcome was no more than I expected though, given what we've seen recently. It's up there with that spell in March/April where the contestants could do nothing right. At least the contestants will have had time to forget about it as the next show was filmed a few months later!
