I used to have hair like that, sort of. It's much more subdued now. This is what we Jews call a Jewfro (yes, Howie is of Jewish descent). My dad still has hair like that, and he's not that much older than Howie is. He had that hair on Bobby's World in the '90s as well, only it was a bit longer. Ah, there's nothing like a blast from the past, eh?
