I managed to catch Rai Uno in the hotels in Copenhagen and Paris, but this is very bare bones for a summary, but here are a few notable parts from both episodes...
4/Dec/2008: A woman from the Emiliana Romagna region was selected to play. She quickly decimated the right hand side of the board, and at one point removed the €250k, €100k and €500k boxes in 3 consecutive boxes. Just before squashdown, she removed the €50k, leaving her with €75k, Pacco Y, Candelabro and the three eurocent amounts (€0.01, €0.20, €0.50). The very next box was Pacco Y, which was revealed to be €60k.
She was offered two swap offers, the first at the first offer, which she declined, but she accepted the second swap offer at 5 boxes left, swapping her box 8 with box 17. She chose Box 8 as her first box after the swap, which revealed a Candelabro. Her final two boxes were €0.20 and the €75k and the offer was €25k, which she took. In her new box 17, was revealed that she made the perfect swap for €75k.
5/Dec/2008: A woman from the Campania region was selected to play. Her first offer was €30k instead of a swap, which was declined. Her game deteriorated to such at squashdown, she was left with €30k, €75k and not much else. The very next box she chose was the €75k, leaving her with €30k and four blues.
She was offered a swap at some point, but I can't recall which stage (but not the first offer though). She unluckily took out the €30k just before the final two, which was 3 Patate and €1, with a final offer of just €0.50, which was declined. She wound up winning the 3 Patate prize.
