Is Patrick a White Maiden? He always seems to have the lowest value on the board!

I'm sure Paula (barber) was called a black widow by Neil at least once.

i think a lot of the time it's not just the boxes but the time when the boxes were opened as to whether a contestant was given such a nickname. i have a memory of smiler opening the quarter mill so many times because most of the time it seems to be pre-deal...with others, such as the small paula who had the £250k five times, her having it seemed to be less vital as it was post deal...

Paula only revealed £250,000 once after the deal (Jessica's game). All the other times she revealed the big one was in play.

I remember Karen being brandished 'Karen the Kurse' as she had a lot of biggies when she was on in November/December. Anyone got her stats?

It'll take ages, but Sam and Germaine both had it 3 times. That's the most I can find at the moment.

I don't think it's so much the fact that Dave's had the 250k before the deal as that he's had it 4 times in 9 shows - as James pointed out, what are the chances of that? I did work them out once but I cannae remember. Patrick's shaping up to be a white maiden and I would have said Morris as well but he's gone and ruined it the last couple of shows. Michael had loads of reds as well while he was on.

Dot is the main white maiden. She's not had a big one so far. Patrick has had the £100,000 before so he's not quite there yet.

1 in 234.256 (or that might be having it 4 times conseculatively)

Think that is 4 consecutive. Odds of 4 times in 9 are (for the mathematicians/statisticians among you) 9C4 * (1/22)^4 * (21/22)^5 = 0.000426, or 2,345 to 1.

Back to Dave (not that I'm obsessed or anything...) I liked Noel's "Dave Widower" - I just know that he's not going to have a red on his game - Sod's law. Morris had another red today...

Sandy's catching up with Dave Widower. She's had the 250k 3 times in 13 shows.

In fact, Sandy's had it 3 times in 9 shows, almost as severe as Dave Widower (I prefer Terminator 2).
