New contestant picked for first game??

I wondered, would the show's "new player" one day be picked to play? I pondered over this today.

But then I thought that it would probably never be done, seeing as one of the reasons for having the contestants on the show like they are is so we as the viewers get to know and relate to them, obviously in contrast to other countries' versions eg USA.

It would be a good shock element to add to the show, especially for us as the audience, but I thought the fact that no-one would know who they are would defeat the point... thoughts?

i think 1 show is a tad ridiculous, but they may pick someone on say...their 10th show

If I was that contestant I'd be a little bit bemused as I would want to soak up the atmosphere on contestant's row for a few weeks first.

Maybe they don't bring anyone else in, so on day 1 there would be one opening 2 boxes, day 2 with 2 opening 2 up to day 22 where the contestant or even noel himself opens every box

Or... I KNOW! Previous contestants who have already played, some who had brilliant games, some not so good! Lucy could notch up another 21 onto her 50!

Well I don't think they will decide to finish it for good while it's still recording. When that day finally comes, they will probably send the unlucky 21 players away in the expectation that they will come back for the next series, and it will turn out that they never get the chance! Hopefully not for many years yet though...

Maybe they will do a MEGASHOW where they keep playing til everyone wins. A DOND 24 HOUR show. But it will never happen, wishful thinking though.
