What do you think of the replays of game shots that have been popping up since the Halloween specials? You have seven days to vote, as usual.

No issue against these. In fact I think it cuts down on the time Noel explains what happened last game.

Hmm... I'm not sure about them. If they're being shown in the studio at the time, it's a whole different matter; Used in a certain context, I actually think they could influence a player into making a mistake, like that subliminal suggestion Derren Brown does!

I think they should be used sparingly, for truly classic games, ad nauseum is a bit pointless and adds nothing to the show really.

From asking on Twitter and personal experience, the replays aren't shown in the studio during filming (because they don't have time to edit them - especially when the show before could have only been finished 90 minutes beforehand).

I think they're a great idea - a good way for the casual viewer to be drawn into the show - they say a picture paints a thousand words and if that's a thousand words less coming out of Noel's mouth, all the better.

I didn't mind the replay to the previous game.

I thought a replay of a box being opened whilst the banker called was a complete waste of time.

I remember doing some youtube videos in 2006 that would edit a game down to ten minutes (back when all videos had to be under 10 minutes long) and I'd start them with a 'Previously on DOND' recap, showing a clip of the previous game in black and white - so for Andy K's I put in the clip of Raj winning 10p at the start. Nice to see they've finally caught up :p

I haven't seen an episode with them yet - if they're used sensibly then fine, what we don't want is an episode made more up of clips than the actual show itself otherwise things get silly...

Thankfully they aren't like the stupid replays in Tipping Point where they show a slow motion clip of counters tipping over. Utterly pointless!

A good idea for now. As long as they're used wisely, I'm absolutely fine with them.

Generally I don't mind them as long as they're kept short - the long clip of David's game at the start of yesterday's show felt unnecessarily dragged out. I can see how they're useful when Noel is referring to what's happened previously though.
