OK, here's an observation: in the aftermath of Suzanne's game, people we calling it the greatest game ever. But now, after Tegen's game yesterday, people are saying the exact same about her.

So, here's a thought: rank the 250k wins in order of which one you like best. I'll get things rolling:

1. Tegen.
2. Laura.
3. Suzanne.
4. Alice.

Those are my rankings. I won't give reasons. Any other views will be welcome! :smt023

I only watched Tegen and the end of Alice's game (live... if you know what I mean), and I don't really remember Suzanne's...

1. Tegen (because she really deserved it)
2. Laura - (kind of inflicted because of the last offer...)
3. Alice - (it was inflicted, moreso than Laura's because of the Banker's Gamble.

1) Tegan
2) Suzanne
3) Laura (might have been the first but the final offer made it feel a contrived win)
4) Alice (see Laura but x 10)

I can hardly separate Tegen from Suzanne at this point. Tegen had a slightly undercooked final offer, and the introduction felt like an incitement to gamble, but there was not a blemish in between. Suzanne had a badly undercooked five-box offer, and a twist use that screamed of desperation, but the way the board went I doubt either of them mattered.

Laura was third because at least the deus ex machina was a bit more subtle than Alice's.

Mmmm... well I'd certainly rank Tegen and Suzanne at 1 and 2, probably in that order, as I had heard a fair amount on information about Suzanne's game through a visit soon after its recording. I'd be tempted to rank Alice in 4th place along with everyone else, were it not for the fact I was almost willing her not to go for it convinced she'd win the penny, given I hadn't heard a 'spoiler' during another visit, and I was completely gobsmacked at that point that a jackpot win had gone unspoiled (although of course some people knew, just from the point of not being mentioned at the DF/ in newspapers, I mean). Laura's was clearly heavily publicised. Not knowing > knowing for me, though.

Alice's was awfully contrived, but I was there :D , so it has to go above Laura,

Suzanne first because it was the game where nothing went wrong, above Tegen.

I'd say:

1. Suzanne
2. Tegen
3. Laura
4. Alice

But if someone does a Corinne/Gurpal type gamble against a blue but it works out right will probably top all 4! :)

Don't think it would for me, it probably would for shock value but Tegen and Suzanne were £250k wins from genuinely good play and in my book nothing tops that!

This.

And I doubt I need to post my order on here as it's the same as everyone else's for the most part.
