I'd say No Deal. I could save more than my own life with £50m, and if I die, instant implies painless. What a way to go, dying while fulfilling a lifelong ambition of being a game show contestant!

Like KP I'm reading the instant as being quick and painless. If I lose then I wouldn't know! If I win then I get £50m :)
