If you're talking about Morris from season 1, he had the £20k and £250k left, and the amount he no dealt was £101k. ;)

You will be thinking of Morris as you mentioned a black man, but there was also a 75k/250k finish on which 125k was declined. That was with Kirsty, who - like all three jackpot winners to follow - was a young white woman. (And unlike them, was from England... I think. ;) )

Both of those were in the first half of 2006. Since then, only Corinne has lost on the final gamble with 250k involved in live play

I can't remember his name but it was at least 2 years ago and probably more. Did think the consolation box was more though... can't recall much except he seemed 'ordinary'. Older than 30 but younger than 55. Nothing really distinguishing about him really, except his end gamble.


If it was a game when all the contestants were talking in rhyme before opening the boxes, then it was Morris (he always gave players poem's before opening the boxes on the wing).
