They're certainly ahead of last year's schedule - I was at the studios this time last year, and they were still in July...

Thank you for those dates StatsMan :D

It looks as though we should be going down on May 11th for the Halloween specials :D

Yeah, I just think it's the fact that they're finishing a week earlier for the summer break than last year. Although I am not sure this schedule is correct, since it requires them to film for only one week before taking a break at some point, which they haven't done previously :ponder:

I'd be very surprised if they're recording on the week beginning 25 May, since that's a Bank Holiday.

What time do they normally finish filming on a Monday? 8pm-ish? :D

Yeah, usually - It was bang on 8pm last time I went, although it didn't particularly matter as I was staying over. I'm always a bit wary of staying for 3 shows for a day trip, as it is vital I get the 8:20 train back, so I'll either go for 2 or 5 shows!

Cool thanks for that, statsman- my last train is at 9.22pm, so I'm sure I'd be fine...at the moment, we're looking at going on the 11th of May, and then again on the 5th of June. Get in a couple of visits whilst we can, I suppose! :smt023

I am really looking forward to my visit on Monday :D

One of the parts I love is seeing a new clutch of contestants and finding out who are the current characters :D

I haven't been for a while, last date that I went to (this is live, it hasn't shown on the tv yet) was three shows recorded on March 3th. I would quite like to go again at some point but decided to take a break for the moment. I am quite lucky though as I live in Bristol, I don't have to stay in a hotel overnight like a lot of people have to.

Ah, you are so lucky! I expect if I lived in Bristol or even Bath I would go most weeks (taking a leaf out of Mister Al's book!), but due to work commitments and logistical stuff it works out a trip about every 3 months, which is fine for any sane human being!

It's a strange phenomenon that keeps people going back time and again to the recordings. Indeed, I never considered going to see any TV show before Deal or No Deal, but the experience seems so unbelievably fresh every time you go, you know it will be a great day out. And that's largely down to an excellent production team. Well done all - see you in June... hopefully!

I had a brilliant day last Monday :D

I am still trying to catch up with all the shows I recorded as we were on holiday in lovely South Wales all week :D

All those empty beaches, wonderful :D

Not to mention all the posts I have to read :D

At the Dream Factory yesterday. Friday 9th and Sunday 11th October were the shows I saw filmed.

A bizarre day as a contestant was taken ill and it meant a 40 minute break in filming - the boxes had to be put in a locked cage while the studio was evacuated and on return the independent adjudicator oversaw that they were returned to the right place. Yes - I actually got to see the independent adjudicator! :o

Only just made it back to the station for our 6.30 train.

I'm planning another trip in October for Christmas shows.

I hope the contestant was OK after their illness, maybe some dodgy fish again :smt009

Interesting to see what they did with the boxes though.

As we were going back to South Wales after the third show last week I didn't have the worry of catching the 6.30 train this time :D

That journey home is awful and when I get off the last train at 11pm I always say never again but I just love the whole experience in the Dream Factory and book again :D

The contestant's coach driver saw my Husband looking at the map for getting to the M4 and came over and gave us a very easy way to get there, brilliant :D

When we booked the caravan site I didn't realise we were so far from Bristol :D But the Gower beaches were wonderful, miles and miles of sandy beaches and no one else in sight :D

They will be well on towards Christmas in October, maybe we will meet up again then :D

Just got back from Bristol, busy day, ran late all day.

We just caught the 6.30 train with one minute to spare

We saw Monday 26th October and Tuesday 27th October recorded so have we lost a show somewhere :ponder:

Glad you enjoyed your day at the dream factory. Not sure about the missing show - maybe due to a contestant being taken ill during the recordings the day Taff went, although that would've been a monday. Sounds like filming would've finished shortly after 6, and they might have decided to cancel the final recording with virtually no hope of finishing by 8 - who knows?

Thinking about it now it makes sense to record 6 Halloween specials in two days, otherwise they would have done one show before the break and that would have been impossible due to building the set, maybe they finished early that last Friday :ponder:

The set is amazing and they would have had a week to do that with the break, I suppose we won't know until someone tells us.

Although they finished the second show around 6.15 last night they would still have had to eat and then do the third show. The people who had been waiting in the queue since 5 pm would have had a very late finish.
