I nominated my grandmother for the christmas dond thing and never told anyone about it. and unfortunately last night she passed away, i was just wondering if i needed to contact Endemol to not consider her for it any more
Any help with this would be appreciated

Sorry to hear about your grandmother passing away. As for the nomination, I'd just leave it and if they do contact you (I assume they'd contact you as you nominated her), then you should explain to them that she's no longer with us. I'm sure they'd understand.
