At the end of Dave's energetic game, Adam was the first to give him a hug after the LTL. Mac closely followed and there were then hugs from Pippa, Eric and Annie.

Following her entry to the 50p Club, Pippa got a hug from Adam, a few kisses and arms around her shoulder and then a hug from whoever was wearing a dark yellow shirt today.

Following his entry to the 1p Club, Adam was in need of a few hugs. Michelle raced over from the West Wing and dished out the first one. Eric was the next to hug Adam, followed by Sophie, Frazer and Maria.

The very bubbly Jackee, yesterday's Queen of HugWatch, was in the Crazy Chair today and after the LTL boxes had been opened by Suezan, Billy and some Canadian Girl, Manuel raced over from the West Wing like Speedy Gonzales and was the first to dish out a hug.

Igor closely followed and there were then plenty of hugs from the likes of Michelle, Jon, Mac, Sophie, Annie, Kay, Kathleen and Usha.

I'd never seen this before until all the kerfuffle that went on last week but it's quite intriguing and something new and different which is nice.

After several days of disappointing hugging action, today was much better despite the fact that poor Steve only won 10p.

Anyway, after the LTL, Gavin was first to arrive at the Pound Table but he only shook Steve's hand, so he ISN'T today's HW King. Following more handshakes and kisses, Usha finally gave the first hug. Jenny closely followed and then Kathleen and Kay dished out more hugs. Just before the credits ended, Jenny gave Steve a SECOND hug!

Mixed feelings today, cause it was Kay the Royal Mail Bristol Babe's turn in the Crazy Chair. After The Banker had delivered her an offer of £18,000, there were lots of hugs posted to her by some of the other players after the LTL.

Gavin was first out of the trap and delivered the first hug. (Sorry, I'll stop the postal puns!) The Big Bird's good friend Fridge Freezer aka Frazer closely followed and there were then hugs from the likes of Dan, Sophie, Jon, Jenny and Mike, as well as kisses from Vicky and Usha.

Another unusual round of the HugWatch Stakes today. Yet again, Gavin was first to the Pound Table but didn't give a hug and Sophie was close behind. However, we didn't see if Sophie hugged and/or kissed Jon cause the editing cut to a shot of the audience.

We then did see a few hugs afterwards. Usha dished out the first one, so she is today's HugWatch Queen. Someone else closely followed but I don't know who that was cause several people were standing in the way. All I know is that it was a woman.

Wednesday 4th July

At the end of the American-themed edition of DoND, Gavin was the first to arrive at the Pound Table but isn't today's HugWatch King because he only put his arm around Dan's shoulder.

Today's winner is therefore Asim the Hunchback Hugger who showed off his unique hugging style again. There were then hugs from Maria, Carol and Vicky. After that, I couldn't quite tell who gave the next hug. I think it was Debbie but can't be sure because there were lots of people obscuring the view.
