Wooo Tom got his tickets this morning... they are very nice tickets.

Me and Maud spent a while working out the rows and stuff and I think it eneded up just about right!! View of the whole stadium.. not far from the main bulk of fans, it would take a pretty damn big hat to obstruct the view and if needed we can make a pretty sharpish exit..

Which block are you in, Tom? I found something online the other day that gave you a mock-up of your view from any given seat (though I can't seem to find the link now when I want it... :? ). I'm in 549 for England v Andorra which appears as if it will be closer to low-flying aircraft than the pitch...

Haha we spent aaaaaaaaages... plus I had to search for my tickets from last year which wasnt easy but we done it woop woop.

Im glad u got the seats u wanted, they do look great, I was in the bit below and more middle then that but the view will be pretty much the same.

I really hope u have a great time, you will seriously love every minute of it... and take loads of pics for us to see.

Sucks to be the Burnley posse who had their tickets messed with

Sounds like Stewart Downing is going to be out for several months too...so not only will his current employers probably going to be in the Championship next season, but he'll not be able to attract a new club either!

I am in block 126 which was one of the more exspensive ones..(thank you father for leaving it quite so late in deciding wether to go or not...). 549 really does sound like right up in the heavens... (they even give a warning for the gradient which is a little worrying.)

Haha well I think it was just about worth it! Thank you very much for the help. I dont know where the trophy is presented for the playoffs (on the pitch or up in the stands) but we should have pretty good seats if its worth thinking that far ahead. sdgthju

Thats a really good site... I looked up my view and it was spot on... looking up Toms view it shows he is gonna ahve a bloody good view.

I think they would probably do it on the pitch... I never waited around for the Soccer Six trophy (had to beat the mad rush home) so didn't see where they done it.

This is, apparently, the view from Block 549. Anyone got any binoculars?

Naturally, I'll be cheering on Gillingham in the play off final - even though I think Tranmere would be better off with Shrewsbury in the division as they're not as good.

Oi Oi Oi... we beat Gillingham 7-0 and drew with them 2-2 this season we're just as good... and why do you want them to win anyway?

Just to reassure Tom that he isn't going to get lost in London, click on the link for a view of the exit from Wembley Stadium station. That big, grey thing up ahead is, er, Wembley.

24 hours left... I've just been in to the local town (a good 20 miles from Shrewsbury) but all the shops are stuffed with t-shirts and scarves for the occasion.. everyone's making a good buck on this! Not off me mind I'm not paying a fiver for a dodgy t-shirt :Jimmy_is_great

Oh Gillingham to win 3-1
