Pot 1 and Pot 2 play as seperate tournaments.

The winner of Pot 1 and the winner of Pot 2 will meet in a Final.

Yes I have, and the penalties are correct (I think there were a few missed ones too). It's mainly because of Shrewsbury/Spurs dirty play though...
