I would smoke socially, then having given up for a while would resort to a few in times of stress as a comfort. Find alternative ways of de-stressing!

It might not be as easy to spot when you are young, but when you get old it's easy to tell the difference between a smoker and a non-smoker. The voice changes, wrinkles, dull skin, yellow hands.... surely that's enough to put someone off!
