I am of a neutral opinion as regards rain.
Firstly, I love the rain especially after there's just been a drought, or similar, but then who doesn't in that scenario (as happened in Summer 2003). It is very good for life in general as it provides plants, fish, birds, everything else under the sun I couldn't possibly be geeky enough to name, and even US, with a source of, er, life. Without water and indeed without rain, we would not live. Water is not a man-made thing. Not only this but the rain provides a heaven for those who, erm, love rain.
However, I hate rain as it soaks you through from head to foot making you look like a drowned rat which is NOT very flattering (or might be, actually), also it makes temperatures fall in the winter meaning you are frozen aswell as drowned. This too is not very flattering and nor does it lighten your spirits in any way unless you are Bear Grylls or perhaps some other strange person. Maybe a mountain climber or people of similar such "hobbies".
I can confirm then that, just from the reasons above, I am "bothreed not" as regards my opinion of Rain.

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!
A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.
