Nor do I own a mobile phone (I lost it in August and it needed a new SIM anyway - besides, to me it is a useless, pointless piece of technology that is extremely hard to use and VERY expensive). Or one of these Wee things,or a "PS3" as they're called, I think. I own one PS2 and haven't used it in over a year, nor am I a "computer geek".Or a geek at all, actually. The opposite, more like.

I'm not wasting my time with that nonsense. There are plenty of other far more convenient and cheaper ways of listening to your favourite music.

I don't have an ipod but I do have one of those stick MP3 players which I've had for about 3-4 years which still works (which is actually surprising considering the amount of times I've dropped it). It looks cheap but it does pretty much the same thing an ipod does.

I might get an ipod in the future though.

My MP3 player was my life until it broke. I had it for god knows how long and then when I was using it to put music on from a comp at college, someone accidentally bumped into the front of the machine while I went to fetch something from the printer; snapping the USB cables inside clean, damaging it beyond repair

One of the very reasons I refrain from the shop stand labelled "iPods". You have, effectively, wasted however much the damned thing costs, thrown it straight down the drain. You may aswell have fed it to that black cat you had in Corsica. Or, alternatively, given it to me.
You need to learn how to spend your money wisely, mate - think of all the things you could've bought with that cash that you instead spent on a small piece of plastic/thin aluminium that you hardly ever use.

I had 2 MP3s before I had my iPod, the first one was a stick type one that was quite rounded, but it started to become very tempremental and the volume went up and down by its self and it was just generally rubbish, so I put all my music onto a new stick MP3 from Currys, it worked for a good while, but then that started to fail too and then wouldn't even switch on, so I couldn't be bothered with keep moving my songs to new devices, and got one of those new iPod Nanos for Christmas. It's very good so far, and hopefully won't fail anytime soon *touch wood*
