I admit, the campaign to bring back Blobby hasn't gone too well. Petitions have got a huge response, this forum has been Blobbified several times, and he still remains in my display picture.

HOWEVER, we are ONE STEP CLOSER to getting him back on our screens!

It is promising that he WILL appear for a one-off "Noel's House Party" special, but less so that it will remain for another series.

My mum saw Noel Edmonds and the person who is inside the Blobby costume at Bristol airport. They were supposed to be flying with Easy Jet, however flights got delayed so Noel called for his private jet come and pick them up!

If Noel's time on Deal or No Deal has to end because of a new run of House Party,
they could do a smooth transition with Noel being the contestant for the final show,
some gunge, a gotcha or two and at long last the identity of the banker revealed:

Mr Blobby has been rated as one of the 10 most irritating television characters by The Independent On Sunday. Along with Noel too.

How dare they! :smt011

Here's the top 10 - http://www.independent.co.uk/news/media ... 22543.html
