We've got PAUL in the game again, playing for £615,000 - but how safe will he play it after the crash in his last shot?

That'll take a while to find out. What won't is his rules of engagement. That's just a question of a pick from 1-6...

You'll start this game with this board...

1p
10p
50p
£1
£5
£10
£50
£100
£250
£500
£750

CAR
CAR
CAR
CAR
CAR
CAR
£35,000
£50,000
£92,250
£153,750

£615,000

The CAR starts as a toy car, £7.99 courtesy of John Lewis & Partners... but if you can make good predictions, you can turn it into a real car, potentially even an Audi e-tron worth over £82,000! And if you don't win it from the box, any cash you win can go on THIS Box 23...

DOUBLE
ADD CAR

HALF
NOTHING

Needless to say, you have a bit of an incentive on the predictions here. You have three to use at your choice of points throughout the game; get within 20% to improve the car at all, but more accurate predictions will have a bigger effect than that.

You have Box 16 on the table. Will it be lucrative? Only one way to find out, and it starts with five other boxes in the first round. GAME ON!

I’d like to offer the banker a suggestion for this game. Any suitable exit offers should include driving lessons for me ;)

WHAT an opening statement. :smt046

Box 1 - £35,000! Not a great opening box.

Box 3 - £10! Lovely. The Lynn finish is your start.

Box 5 - £1! Excellent stuff.

Box 7 - CAR which might not be bad news either by the sounds of it... ;)

Box 11 - CAR again, completing an opening round the Banker probably won't have enjoyed too much!

After the initial blow of £35,000, you revved up your game there!

1p
10p
50p
£5
£50
£100
£250
£500
£750

CAR
CAR
CAR
CAR
£50,000
£92,250
£153,750

£615,000

A little rules box I need to put in the introduction...

The rulebook writer, who happens to be me, wrote:
For the purpose of the Banker's offer calculations, the CAR box is valued based on the assumption that the player will make exactly one step up the Car Chase ladder with each unused prediction. (Therefore, for the first offer and any offer prior to the first prediction being used, the CAR is valued at £6,690.)

With that in mind, are you using that first prediction now? Three to use all game.

Interesting prediction...

BANKER'S OFFER

£13,000

...AND BANG ON THE BUTTON!!! Oh my goodness, that changes EVERYTHING! You leap FOUR spots up the Car Chase ladder to an £8,495 Dacia Logan, but you still have two chances to climb higher than that!

No change to the offer... Deal or No Deal?

That really was quite a moment, and now let's see if you can build on that platform!

Box 2 - 50p! Evidently you can!

Box 4 - £250! We've got something special brewing here...

Box 8 - CAR isn't as good a box as it was a few moments ago, but that plus two blues is still a great round!

BANKER'S OFFER

£22,500

Just over 10% clear of the £20k mark, anticipating a potential prediction there! Deal or No Deal?

Not every day you see a 14-box offer of over £20,000 so decisively rejected.

Not every day you see a 14-box offer of over £20,000, of course. ;) What heights will we reach at 11-box with another great round?

Box 19 - £5! We might find out...

Box 17 - £50! We really might find out...

Box 15 - £100!! WE WILL FIND OUT!

Interesting prediction there, thinking the Banker might be stingy despite the all-blue round knowing the crash fear had to be in your mind...

BANKER'S OFFER

£38,000

But no, he went much higher trying to get a Deal! And he really might get one now that offer miss of over 20% keeps you where you are on the ladder... in fact, he's revising the offer because £38,000 is now too high!

BANKER'S OFFER

£37,750

But £37,750 apparently isn't. OK then. At near enough the top of his range, allegedly... Deal or No Deal?
