I always say "it's good to be a gambler when you can afford to make a gamble but it's bad to gamble when you can't afford it" and that's may all philosophy when it comes to this game

Morris saying no deal to 110k with a safe net of 20k is a lot more logical than corrine saying no deal to 88k with no safety net besides the 1p (Yeah i know she wanted a bentley but i don't have a better reference ).
