£75,000
£187,500

Now, from 8-box onwards you get two offers. One is a fixed offer, with no Box 23. The other is an offer that makes it compulsory to use.

Although, in this case, those two offers are the same.

BANKER'S OFFER

£26,000 FIXED

OR

BANKER'S OFFER

£26,000 + 23

You can take either of those offers, or play on and open three more boxes...

Boy, I'm tempted...

But I'm determined. NO DEAL to both offers!
Boxes 1, 21 and 10.

With you being only one box away from locking in £8k, I'd definitely decline both of those offers.

Ben would chase it. Hunter is ALSO chasing it!

Any box could guarantee £8k from the main game. Let's go spoiler-tagging.

Box 1...
£187,500! And boom goes the dynamite. :(

Box 21...
£5! PERFECT REPLY! You've lopped both ends of this board off and it's tough to know what to make of this now...

Box 10...
£75,000! :(

What an anticlimactic 5-box this is:

£17,500.01
£8,010

£10,000
£12,000
£32,500

The Banker says that the real gambler would play for Box 23 on this board! He adds that three of the options you have would let you win more than £26k with this Box 23 offer.

BANKER'S OFFER

£16,500 FIXED

OR

BANKER'S OFFER

£14,000 + 23

That was a klunker of a round...

NO DEAL to both offers.

3. 16 and 22 next.

...and we're going to 2-box!

Box 3 has already gone, likewise 16 - 9, 11, 19, and 22 are left on the wings.

Box 19... £12,000. That's good, but it's also part of the worst possible round...

Box 9... £17,500.01... well, that leaves us with a bigger swing on this box than we were expecting, but which way will it go?

Box 22...
£8,010! It goes your way, and it's a £10,000 / £32,500 finish! Here come your offers...

Gave it a thought, but... going with that aggressive instinct!

Now, the final decision is SWAP or NO SWAP? You have 15, and can swap it for 11 IF you so wish...

I'd Deal the £22,000 here.

(though I also would've dealt £16,500 at 5 box with the board having hardly any upside potential)

So it's all about the contents of BOX 15...

£10,000. The £32,500 was over in 11.

This is the decision you've now left yourself with - whether to stick with what you have or put it on the line for one of these:

BOX 23 OPTIONS
0% - NOTHING
38% - £3,800
88% - £8,800
138% - £13,800
188% - £18,800
+£19,000 - £29,000
ADD CAR - £10,000 + Nissan Leaf

Four of those are various shades of good. Three of them are various shades of bad. All of them are equally likely to be yours if you say Deal to 23... or £10,000 is certain to be yours if you say No Deal.

The question, then... to Box 23, Deal or No Deal?
