Will we see Davao devour the bank? It's been kept relatively full after a couple of games that paid out only a few grand each...

This is the starting board...

1p
10p
50p
£1
£5
£10
£50
£100
£250
£500
£750

£1,000
£3,000
£5,000
£10,000
£20,000
£35,000
£50,000
£75,000
£100,000
£150,000
£250,000

...before we fire up that Dulux Purpliser! There are 11 red boxes here with all the red amounts, 11 blue boxes here with all the blues, and 11 greens with percentages from 0% to 50%. Whatever green you find is the share of the red that gets moved to the blue.

We do that five times in all. For each pick, you select a red number 1-11, then a blue one 1-11, and finally a green 1-11.

Alright, that's three in - let's see how they go!

The first one first. Red 1 is... £10,000. Blue 1 is... 1p! Hopefully this is a decent percentage... green 2 is... 35%! That means 35% of the £10,000 is shifted to the penny, so those two boxes are replaced by £6,500 and £3,500.01. Much more even!

Then it's the second one, starting with red 2... just the £1,000 that time. Blue 3 is... £100. Green 5... 30%. That means you now have £700 and £400 on your board. Technically an extra blue, but no big deal.

Then we go to the big numbers. Red 9... is bigger on the inside too, £150,000! Blue 4 is... £1, taking a Banker's Power 5 and making it a whole lot bigger if this isn't 0%... green 10... is 40%! Oh my word, your board now has a £90,000 and a £60,001 on it!

Two more red-blue-green sets needed!

Here we go. Red 7... £50,000! This could be significant... blue 6 is £250... green 8 is 15%, so you now have £42,500 and £7,750 on the board.

Last one, here we go... red 10 is £20,000... blue 11 is 10p, another tiny one being changed... or not! Green 9 is 0%!

This is the board you will actually start the game with, then!

£3,500.01
10p
50p
£60,001
£5
£10
£50
£400
£7,750

£3,000
£5,000
£6,500
£20,000
£35,000
£42,500
£75,000
£100,000
£90,000
£250,000

The £250k is backed up by £100k, £90k, £75k, and £60k! Nice. Five to open, but not Box 8 because that's yours!

Lou Bega opening...

Box 1... £7,750. Well, that's that one out of the way. Not terrible.

Box 2... £60,001! That one, though...

Box 3... £10. An actual blue!

Box 4... £400! Somehow, this round would be better on an unmodified board...

Box 5... £100,000! Kick in the teeth regardless.

What a funny opening round!

£3,500.01
10p
50p

£35,000
£42,000

£250,000

The Banker says that if you'd hit a blue instead of the £100,000, he'd have offered £10,000. What do you think he's offered now?
