Good evening guys and welcome to the twentieth edition of Aaron's DoND!

Back for attempt #6 and hoping ot beat his series record of £49,750 is BEN!

And he may be able to do that with a little help from this...

Seeing as it's my 10th forum birthday, you're going to get a little bit of a bonus. I'm going to randomise these options, and one of them will affect your game! Here are those Bonus Boosts!

  • DOUBLE DIP: You may select TWO options from the Box 23 list at the end, and you will receive the better option from those selected.
  • BOX 24: After Box 23 is opened, you get to open Box 24 which could contain MONEY BACK, +£10,000, +£35,000 or DOUBLE
  • EASIER PREDICTIONS: The band of 10% for your predictions will be widened to 15%. Also, the Banker's offers can only go to two significant figures to eliminate any funny behaviour (e.g. £5,671 would have to become £5,700, and £131.57 would have to become £130).
  • TEN MORE: Walk away from the main game with a red sum of money and it will be augmented by £10,000. This will also be included in the Box 23 gamble.
  • DOUBLE SHOT: The £10,000 box will be replaced by a SECOND £250,000 box.

This could be an incredible game Ben, please select an option 1-5 to determine which of these boosts will affect your game!

I'll set your game up shortly, Aaron. :smt023

I'll go with Option 1 for the bonus list.

Also, my first five boxes are 1, 3, 5, 7 and 11.

This could have a huge impact on your game...

    DOUBLE SHOT
    BOX 24
    DOUBLE DIP
    EASIER PREDICTIONS
    TEN MORE

.. and it CERTAINLY WILL!! The usual £10,000 box has now been replaced with a SECOND quarter-million! Your board now looks like this:

Those boxes have now been sealed and shuffled, and then Random.org allocates you Box 22!

The very best of luck Ben, let's have your first five!

** RING **

The Banker only reluctantly allowed me to give you that bonus at the beginning, and is now rapidly beginning to regret his decision! It's quite a sizable first offer, as you may expect...

... but does that mean you wish to post a prediction at this time?

Even though I have a gut feeling, I'll reluctantly decline at this stage.

I would've went with £18,100.

Staying safe and declining the prediction...

BANKER'S OFFER

£17,000

... though you'd have been in! Still a large valuation at this stage though!

Seventeen grand with seventeen boxes left, Deal or No Deal?

An excellent opening offer, and I think it's the highest of the series, but with both £250k boxes on the board it's still a definite NO DEAL. :smt023

13, 15 and 17, please.

On we go with Round 2!

13 - £250,000!! Oooof, big hit BUT there's still one more left! Consider this a regular game now I suppose!

15 - £50,000!! That previous box makes this one a lot more nasty! Please pick a blue off now... :eyes:

17 -
£10! Boy you needed that!!

** RING **

The Banker's much happier now there's just one of those remaining, so much so he's dropped out of five figures for now.

Prediction time, Ben?

A prediction implying Ben doesn't think it's going to be any less than £8k but not immediately under ten grand... Was that some sound logic?

BANKER'S OFFER

£8,500

Yes, because he halved you! Those good 23 options, please!

+£10,000
+£20,000
ADD HALF
DOUBLE
RANDOM POWER 5
TRIPLE
QUADRUPLE

Let's have a number 1-7 to determine what we're going to add to your current roster!

The Banker thinks that's an interesting board that could go your way if he's not careful. He won't give a clue here though, just to tell you that it has gone up!

Want to make your second prediction here? There's a button on the line now as well.

A wide range of possible offers here, so I'll abstain for now.

I would've went with £13,500.

Thirteen and a half...

BANKER'S OFFER

£15,000

You'd have been standing on the cusp of that 10% band but it would've been correct once more!

Interesting board, and if you're predictions remain on point as they have been so far today, that Offer Box could be worth an even bigger fortune which is going to help.

£15,000 now Ben, Deal or No Deal?
