Drat, drat, triple drat. I was really hoping to tempt you lot into a crash. Ironically enough, the only good news for me about that last box is that it wasn't the £10,000, as I now don't have to make a ridiculously generous offer:

Knew that would probably happen; I've missed out on more money but hopefully the £10k is in the box so it's not too bad for me. For the record I would have probably dealt £41k.

Ok so I could have negotiated over £6k more than I did if I'd known, happy with £28k though. And £10k was in the box so I only missed out on an extra £12k.
