Good evening, and welcome to What Would You Really Do?; I'm hogwild94. In the news this week, opinion remains divided over the welcomeness of Box 23 on the hit Channel 4 show Deal or No Deal, despite it saving two players from trainwrecks this week.

Last week, four people, including yours truely, sold a £75,000 box for just £5,000, and two more for £14,000. So, what will this week bring? Let's find out, shall we? :smt023

This week, ACB is selecting the boxes, and is doing so via a Mally logic system.

All the boxes are being opened by memorable DoND players from 2013, including our first male Jackpot winner Paddy, fellow six figure winners Marlene and Roy, and, er... Iris.

No Box 23 this week; we're playing a good old fashioned game this week.

Box 11 has been selected at random as the box on the table this week. Gwyn, who won £75k in December, carries it to the table. He will open it at the final reveal on Saturday.

Best of luck all players; here we go! :smt023

Round 1

Box 16 first up, with Nenad, who won £75,000 barely a week ahead of Gwyn. It contains: £100.

Next up, Box 20 with Gareth, who played the first game of Deal in Space, where he won £17,000, and posted on here. He opens the box to reveal: £10

Box 8 is next, opened by our first male Jackpot winner, Paddy! Inside it is: £35,000. :?

On to Box 13, with Tommy the singer/songwriter from March, who won £45,000 in what is considered one of the best games of the year. The box contains: £100,000. :?

And finally in this round, Box 10 is opened by Sue the bodybuilder from November; it contains: £20,000. :?

So, at the end of the first round, this is the state of play:

1p £1,000
10p £3,000
50p £5,000
£1 £10,000
£5 £15,000
£50
£50,000
£250 £75,000
£500
£750 £250,000

Stay tuned for the first offer, in about ten minutes. :smt023

OK, time for the first offer. Bit of a mediocre opening round that, so, a mediocre offer to go with it. Keeping it on the right side of the FD though.

BANKER'S OFFER

£7,350

You have until 5pm (UK time) tomorrow to DEAL or NO DEAL. Tune back in then for the next round! :smt023

A fair offer for the board, but I came here to take at least as much as Nenad and Gwyn did from the Banker, so in order to do that I must NO DEAL this offer. :smt023

You all could have won what Nenad and Gwyn won if you weren't chickens!

I wouldn't press my "Deal light" at this point, so am saying NO DEAL!

A great offer, though! :smt023

Average opening round really, but plenty of potential to top last week's £26,500 win so let's go! NO DEAL.

Very good offer, but I'm going on. No Deal.

By the way, you have missed out the £10 and £20,000 boxes off the board. :P

Considering the generosity of the opening offer, that's definitely a FAIR increase. :smt023

Regardless, there's still 3 of the Power 5 in play, so I shall say NO DEAL once more.

It does that automatically if you leave both cells on the row blank. :smt023

OK, I've got to go down, but that board still has potential in it, so not a complete collapse like the current Banker would do.

BANKER'S OFFER

£5,999

You have until 5pm (UK time) tomorrow to DEAL or NO DEAL. Tune back in then for the next round! :smt023

Shame to lose the £250k. Just short of £6k is a good offer on a £75k-high board though so it's not a straight 'No Deal' for me. But surely the next round will be a good one and for that reason I'm going to say No Deal.
