Round 6

Best of luck to those of you still in live play! :smt023

17 - £75,000

Well, that is now game over in terms of a banker spanking. Can we still win £5,000?

13 - £5,000

Guess not. Are we going to have the 1 in 60 nightmare round in the worst order?

1 - £50 :)

Banker time...

This is the last offer this banker will make for at least two weeks! It's looking like KP is next week's guest banker and daniel123 is the following week's, provided that we work out a certain agreement to make sure we're in sync. :smt023

Banker's offer:

£250

If you have yet to negotiate, you can still do so. But is it worth it? :?

Good thing I dealt when I did; I would've wanted 75% of the average at 11 and 8 box and £8,000ish at 5 box so I would've crashed had I gone on. :-D

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

It looks like others had the same idea as me. I figured that removing the Bottom 3 amounts (a 1 in 154 chance) and having a better opening round than Rich and Charlie (2 of the joint record holders of the highest opening offer in regular play [£20,000]) merited the joint highest opening offer. Saperogo, any particular reason why you didn't see it that way? :blueponder

Because I don't keep track of what the highest opening offers of all time are? Because I felt like doing it this way?

I also didn't expect half the gang to negotiate the opening offer; I thought everyone liked to play strong boards.
