Decent enough £100k board here, offer seems to be in line with what you'd expect on it, but I think that Box 23 configuration makes it difficult to deal in this sort of range because this 23 means a crash has a 2/7 chance of epic redemption and a moderate deal has a 2/7 chance of being wiped out!

Now that is a decision.

I have a 1/6 chance of going to £10k and having to put it on that 23 with the 2/7 chance of nothing... but that's only a 1/21 chance of losing the lot, and a 1/9 chance of that path leaving me with £142k through the BB.

£45k would indeed be a Box 23 decision, as one outcome would be disastrous and three would give me a BB. It makes this offer trickier to decide on, really.

Because of the scale of the dilemma on 23 at £45k, and the fact I believe that the Banker would very much not be nasty in reacting to the copper pot going, I'm going to NO DEAL!
