The only thing that The Banker has done wrong in the whole game is offer you too much, but you have just tossed aside everything to open not the box you were given at random before the game, but the box you kept in the wings throughout, Box 7.

Of course, If I reveal that you are indeed our first Quarter-Millionaire, the quest for the best doesn't stop there.

You get a free shot with Box 23 for DOUBLE or JACKPOT with no downside, and of course, there is the Bonus Box.

If however, I reveal that you swapped AWAY the £250k, this will be, I'm positive one of the biggest crashes we will EVER have.

I do mean this Karl from the bottom of my heart, because if it's not, you will look an idiot, I hope that I'm about to reveal £250,000.

My word, that was the most astonishing forum game of all time to say the least.

I would've dealt the £60,000 offer in an instant, and I view myslef as being a bit reckless just to make it that far. Sadly, Karl is now in the Hall of Fame for thw biggest crash in Deal history, losing £138,500 in the space of a few minutes. Still, well done for producing such a memorable game, Karl.

Well, I'm not sure I've witnessed anything quite so remarkable in a forum game in eight years, five months and sixteen days here. Breathtaking, heartbreaking stuff; one man's quest for the ultimate glory led, unfortunately, to his DoND demise - but to paraphrase The Hog, 'let's hope he doesn't have too many regrets'.
