Anyone know when the first bankers gamble was offered? I think that nowadays in that situation the banker's gamble would have most likely been offered.

The Banker's Gamble wasn't offered until around Oct / Nov 2007 and it wasn't called that at first, it was just called "undeal" or something.

Contestant's name was Phyllis I think...?

Yes. 1p/£50k finish after a £10k Deal, IIRC. The "undeal" was declined.

First accepted one was Semi's, was that also the first time it was given the Banker's Gamble name?
