Those offers from 11-box onwards were insanely generous even by early banker standards. And saying the offer would have gone up from 9.9k to 12k by 5-box was ridiculous - the FD had plummeted and even the mean had gone down around 2k, yet on a dangerous one-box game the banker would apparently have offered above the mean? Pull the other one...

Especially when compared to Pat's game a few days before, I forgot how all over the place the early 2006 offers were!
