"20 players, hundreds of twists and turns, no questions asked." Aaron and David walk on stage. "It's Race To a Billion."

The theme tune plays and then Aaron and David introduce the game.

Aaron: Hello guys, and welcome to Race To a Billion!
David: The ONLY gameshow in the world giving a top prize of one billion pounds!

Huge applause.

Aaron: Let's introduce our first 4 players, Harry, John, Jayde and Gregory!

Everyone applauds as they take place in their podiums.
Harry is 32, and he has a wife and no kids. HE said this would we absolutely amazing to get on.
John is 48 and has never had a shot at a gameshow, but he says this is fantastic.
Jayde is 22 from Somerset. she has a boyfriend and she thinks this game is going to keep him with her!!
Gregory is 60 years old, and has a wife and three kids. He has a grandchild on the way. This will change his life one way or the other.

Aaron: Okay, guys, this is how we play Race To a Billion.
David: Four players in each round, and a 24-square grid.

David: And on that grid will be a variety of different things.
Aaron: A huge range of cash ranging from £10,000 to a huge £1,000,000.
David: We also have a huge bumf of bonuses and multipliers to help you reach a billion.
Aaron: At the beginning of each round, you all place a bomb. It is your job to avoid your opponents' bombs. Hit a bomb, you have a penalty and you're out of the round.
David: Also, if two people put the bombs in the same square, it counts as just the one.
Aaron: So, you could all place the bomb in the same square!
David: There is also that menacing BLAMMO!
Aaron: That blammo can either be blocked, make you eliminate yourself, eliminate an opponent or put you in a threshold situation.

David: Ready to begin!

They all cheer and say yeah!!

Aaron: Select a square to place your bomb!

Bombs are placed on the grid.

David: Now someone from the audience already placed a blammo on the grid before the show began. So, let's begin!

John: It'll spoil the fun.

Gregory looks in deep thought. He selects 20.

David: Something is going on over there... But what's going on over here?

David: Oh no! And I think we somehow have TWO disappointed players!
Gregory: I still don't know what John's got to do with all this.
Aaron: Well, we might find out. But Gregory, for hitting the first bomb of the round you lose £50,000, and sadly that's a negative total for you at the moment. But we can't give away a billion pounds every week... that's the Government's job... (laughter)... so this game is a long, long way from being over. Ladies and gentlemen, Gregory!

Aaron: And that's another minigame!
David: Win this round, and you can play against any of your other three opponents in a minigame which could win either of you £250,000...
Aaron: You might have to get thinking there. Still no cash, but if you win this round you'll be in a great position to really rack up the dough.

John: Definitely.
Jayde: Hmm...

She sits staring at her screen. "I guess, I came on here to risk millions of pounds, I can risk this, and not lose anything. 17."

David: Well... millions of pounds will be flooding through this game as it progresses... which way will this square take the money?

Aaron: Oh no!
David: I have to wonder about John... (John just smirks). Jayde, you lose £35,000, taking your total to -£21,000, but this game is far from over. It's Jayde...

*SIREN, blinking red lights*

David: Oh, hello? What's this?
Aaron: Jayne has... A DEFLECT!
David: And what THAT means is that the bomb is going to be passed onto someone else!

John: I really did.

Jayde: Oh so there's 2 bombs out here? Oh, thanks! *some laughs*
Aaron: Right, square 21, what is it?
