I really, really loved this game! Over on Digitalspy most people seemed to really dislike Pat, but I thought she was hilarious! And a really good player - saying she was going to go to the end doubled her offer, I think. Barbara was offered £8,500 with a similar (if not slightly better) board, and Pat got double that. The banker really must have been scared! And it turned out to be the perfect deal! Yes she was a total liar, but it worked! Great game!

One of the most annoying players we've had! Too loud and cringeworthy entrance!

The entrance was great! It would get a bit annoying if every player made up their own little song...but I thought it made a nice change!

If only Pat was as good at songwriting and singing as she was at bluffing...

...great game though, absolutely hilarious, up there with the best of them for comedy value and a good result to boot.

Great game, right deal at the right time and even though she said she was going to go all the way to the end, you've just got to fool the banker sometimes. I thought she was great and her walk of wealth was legendary! Welldone Pat! :D

She says if she'd have gone on the boxes would have been swapped, because she believed Box 13 (with Maxine) held the £35,000.

She asks Noel to open her Box 8, and says it will contain £50.

Pat (Box 8 )...

£50! She did just have £50, but sold the box for £16,500!

She did beat the banker!

Maxine (13) - as Pat predicted - £35,000.

Noel's hand symbol today appeared to be a bow tie from what I could see.

Although I don't have anything against Pat in particular, I do have a bit of a wider issue with her and a couple of other players - namely that they are not exactly short of a few bob. Those who can afford to take three weeks off work to appear in a TV quiz show clearly don't really NEED the money. In Pat's case what I really object to (or I would if I was a voter living in St. Neots) is that my elected official had decided to take three weeks off to Bristol, and appear on TV in an effort to win a barrow-load of cash. I'd like to think she might donate some of her winnings to a local good cause or hospice, or at least refuse to draw her salary for the period she was on the show like a certain Mr George Galloway on "Celebrity Big Brother", but all she's really proved - like Noel said - is that all politicians are bald-faced liars. She'll probably need the money she won - at the next local elections she'll probably get turfed out on her ear by the voters - at least she will if they have any sense. Good luck to her.

But how do you know all of that? Maybe she did give some of her winnings to charity, or maybe she did really need the money. If she were really well-off I doubt she'd have dealt at all, and would have stuck to her word and gone all the way. I don't really think you can tell anything about someone's personal situation from half an hour of seeing them on TV, especially if they have some sort of gameplan, as Pat did.

Just 'cos she's mayor, doesn't mean she's well off - and they all take the same amount of time off work so why pick on her in particular?

I thought she was really cringeworthy. She went over the line of funny to just trying to be a new comedian. She was a bit like Marcus but without the talent. I actually live in Cambridgeshire and I'm a bit ashamed.
Only my opinion.
