I was gutted Penny didn't win the biggest amount, but why does Noel always have to get that dig in about players dealing early and not 'making the most of their one chance in the crazy chair'?

Actually ironic she used her lucky number at the start rather than the end!

£5000 vs £250,000 finish

Poor old Penny put up with some rotten luck there and was brave right to the end.

Shame she didn't get the £75000 but I admire her courage in going for it. Makes a change from the usual wimpery.

I was expecting a trainwreck after the start she had, but she turned the game round. It's a shame that she didn't get the £75,000, though. Well done Penny!

I think that £28,000 offer was a bit low actually, but for me, it would have been too big a risk to no deal on a £5,000 vs £75,000 board, so I would have dealt. Actually I would have dealt at the £11,000 offer.

So Penny was brave to go on and decline £28,000! Shame the gamble didn't pay off but she seemed to be happy with £5,000 and least she was true to herself. Welldone Penny! :D

Gah. Justifiable risk-taking (though I'd have taken the £11k, both that and the £28k could quite reasonably be rejected by quite reasonable contestants, and that's not something you can say for some offers this year that have been rejected) and it goes wrong. Still, after that opening round £5k would probably have seemed like an almost acceptable result!

Quite the game. Now, will Noel start tomorrow's game by talking about how Penny could have won £28,000? Course not.

That was a great game, seemed to go one way then the other, and I really liked her in the end!

I think I'd have dealt the £11k, but if I'd somehow turned that down, I'd haven't definitely said no-deal to the £28k, even though it was a fiar bit more than Alasdair got offered with the same pair, I still thought it was below par (I was expecting mid-30s). I'd still be reasonably happy with £5k in all truth. If the £5k had been a blue (i.e. Millie's last offer), it becomes a different matter altogether!

Well done Penny! :)

That was a brilliant game despite the non-ideal outcome. Penny was brilliant. There should be more contestants like her..she was also upbeat even when she had the disasters...

Well done!!

She was lovely, but it was too pedictable of her to go raging to the end. Well done, glad you put a smile on every one of your disasters.

For the life of me, I canot understand WHY she chose box 22, with all it meant to her?? MY lucky box will be left till last in the hope I would ge a swap.

I too was yelling DEAL!! DEAL!! at £11K, and wuld definitely have dealt at £28K, no doubt about it. Mind you, £5K is not a bad amount to win, tax free.

Well AVIE if you left your lucky box number in play and if the £250,000 is remaning in the final two you are guranteed to get the swap Noel has acknowledged this and so did Bunney in a interview.
