I think he should deal - the board is too risky and could fall apart very easily in the next round - there are only three reds left - 2 of which are the power 5, one of which is £1,000.

15K is a deal for me with that board. 64% of taking out at least
one out of 50K and 100K where the offer would go down, and he
could go home with peanuts.

At least it wasn't total courage and peanuts in that
a red amount was won albeit the smallest red.
I would have walked at 8 box for 15K, but
at least the swap worked at the end!
