Wow! What a game!

I thought the £26,000 offer was low for that board and even when the Banker raised it to £32,000 it was still low in my opinion. The £35,000 offer was very well pitched though, I probably would have taken that and I would have definitely dealt at £42,000, that was a massive offer!

Welldone Darren, you gave the Banker a right beating and you did it in style, enjoy the money! :D

A huge well done Darren - a very entertaining game and an outright player win! I don't think your nose needs doing at all - I think you look fine the way you are! ;)

I admit I was looking forward to his game mainly to see what he'd be like, after he had been quiet on the wings, but when I read a post saying that his game would be a good one, I didn't realise it'd be as good as it was! I had a feeling right from the start that Darren would be good in his game, and he was... ;)

Enjoy the £42,000!

That was nothing short of awesome. :)

I have to say I didn't really notice him much on the wings, but he certainly made up for it in the chair, I ended up really liking him and he played a blinder! I also like to think that I would have dealt there too - the first 3 offers I thought were easy no-deals, the fourth (£35k) a bit tricky, but given the worst possible last 5 would still have £35k and £20k in, complete disaster was impossible at that stage.

I didn't think he had the £250k in the proveout, but was worried that its presence in the final two, even with £500 would produce a high enough offer to produce a cynical TBW, so I also love Jayne for saving the day, and producing a much needed OPW! (She looked AMAZING today too ;-) )

Game of month is certainly going to be a tricky choice, well done Darren, enjoy the £42k!!

Good game Darren, you played it perfectly and you took the humour in your stride even if it was a bit too personal! Enjoy the money - I'm sure you will! :D

Well done Darren, great game and victory over the Banker. Good to get one like this for the first one I've seen in a couple of months, still strange watching with 22 players you haven't seen before though!

I've always wondered how the audience cope with that one as it happens. Part of the attraction of the UK version is the 'getting to know the players' so it must be a little bit odd to see a show recorded where you haven't got a clue who anyone is!

Anyway, welcome back Power5!

And well done Darren - entertaining game and the perfect deal!
