That was so depressing to watch in the end, but Andrew is a real inspiration to others, and you can tell he was popular with everyone.

There have been many times that I have watched this show and felt gutted at the end result, but tonight i'm speechless, Andrew you are an inspiration to us all, a very kind hearted lovely man, who did not have luck on his side at the final hurdle, I wish you had of, because I and a lot of people would of loved to have seen you go away with one of those huge red amounts.

I wish you well in the future with whatever you choose to do

Love Suez x

darline Andrew - you know that you ave all our love and respect.

You did not win the money you deserved but you won loads of friends.

You are a truly wonderful, special, funny, generous man who inspired us all.

Loads of love and big cuddles from your Scottish lassie.

Love you

Pam

I agree, I don't think I've ever been so gutted for someone :(

But well done Andrew for bringing such a good spirit to the show :D

This completly sucked I really wanted Andrew to win big money hes one of the nicest people whos been there for a long time.
Why is it the best people always normally not fare to well and the not so nice people end up rolling in the ££ no justice at all.
Very unfortunate me and my family were gutted for him.

I've not posted much before yet on DOND.co.uk

I felt I had to today.

I'm sure some of you wil get to know me as I post more and more on here, that I'm a pretty emotional guy.

However exciting/depressing DOND can be, I've only ever cried at one game before today (Sally 1p game).

But I'm sitting at my desk now at work having just watched that game on the TV in the canteen and I've raided the kitchen roll!

What a game, what a man!

Yes, everyone will post here how desperate they were for him to win (agree wholeheartedly), how inspirational he is (again agree)

But the composure of the man was something to behold - thats what got me!

And you know what else, Noel's been getting flak on here the last few days, whether or not its deserved is not smething I wanna discuss.

I think we saw a change in his attitude today too.

Who said he wouldnt make a good Sunday player!!

Andrew, if you read these forums my friend, well done - and thats the first time I've ever said that after someone won a tenner!!!

That game had me near to tears - up there with Trevor's 1p game as one of the most depressing games ever.

Absolutely gutted for Andrew, really thought he'd take home something meaningful.

:(

THat's got to be one of the most depressing games ever - of all the people to have a trainwreck, I think Andrew was near the bottom of everyone's list. My mum actually left the room when the £10k went.
The fact that he kept smiling through ti all speaks volumes for him though!

Andrew, you were one of the true greats of DOND, and you will certainly be remembered!

:( Why does such a nice guy have to go home with just £10?!
Such is the random nature of the game that there isn't much justice
sometimes, but thankyou Andrew for bringing so much to your time
on Deal Or No Deal, just sorry that the boxes didn't co-operate.
There shouldn't be any regrets for no dealing either, the offers
were never really high enough to give too much consideration to.

Well, what can I say? I was hoping that Andrew would do well, but that was an awful game. He kept smiling right to the end, though, and he'll definitely be missed.

Well...that has to be one of the most depressing weeks in the history of the show. Three blue wins, and three respectable red wins but they all had power 5s in the boxes so Noel probably hated them. The Banker won every day this week for what I think is only the second time ever.

Someone spoiled in chat that Andrew had a trainwreck recently, but that was still really really sad to watch. I don't think I've seen so many contestants in tears since the days of June, discounting games like Gabrielle's which were tears of happiness.

Andrew...I'm really really sorry that it didn't work out the way it did. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you last week, you're a great guy and it really showed on TV. Best of luck for the future!

This was the most heart breaking and emotional show I have ever seen. We all wished it could have gone differently for Andrew. He really deserved more and I feel as gutted watching it now as I did when I was there.
If winnings could be attributed to kindness, good humour, humility, courage and consideration for others then Andrew would have won the £250,000. He's a real star.
Good luck for the future Andrew, Love Debbie x x x

well I'm gutted. The bit where Andrew said he didn't want people to think he was being rude for not seeing their names had me in tears.

Such an inspiration to all of us, I just wish the numbers had went his way.

Aww, it was such a shame you won just £10, Andrew.

Still, your show was very much an upbeat one and I, along with everyone in the Dream Factory and in homes across the country, was rooting for you all the way.

I'm glad you enjoyed the experience of DoND and have made so many friends during your 31 show run. You really are one cool guy.

Go Andrew! Go Andrew! Go Andrew!   :notworthy:

It's a shame that Andrew had a trainwreck but hopefully today and Friday's game will re-install a sense of caution in the contestants.

KP pointed out in the BB commentary today that no-one has dealt for less than £9,000 since Xmas. People seem to be chasing big money these days and no-dealing very good offers in proportion to the board.
