Urgh..........

what is it with big numbers coming to the table at the moment!
It almost seems like it is not random !

But £18,000 is still a healthy sum of money Alex!! :)
What Noel needs to remember is that those numbers are just projected on to the board, you only win what is infront of you, is you NO DEAL.

But Noel made me mad earlier that he was rubbing another players face in it! :x

Well done Alex,
Great game !

I can't really add anything that hasn't already been said apart from:

Alex was a legend and I'm really going to miss his presence on the wings, and I was in stitches throughout the game.

When the £18k offer came up I though "Wow, the board at 5-box won't be worth much more than that even if he has an all-blue round here, so I'd deal without second thought". I actualy thought he was the sort of player who was going to the end regardless, so cherred when he dealt. It would have taken someone like John G to have got that £50k, as many would have bailed out at £7k, and the £21k was a no-brainer!

I'd certainly prefer a run of good wins like £28k and £18k, but with higher value boxes, than a run of blues being won (shame about Dennis and Simon though). :(

Enjoy the 18 grand Alex!

Alex was a lovely man and a true gent - he even told the producers off for swearing in front of the female contestants :D

I think he was right to deal - he had a very generous banker! At 8 box stage I still had the £75k and the £100k and slightly better fallbacks and got offered £13k so to be offered £18 was great - well done to him! :D

Good job Alex!

Pam

Alex did seem a real nice guy and he really deserved £18,000 if not more.

Well Done Alex

Well done Alex on playing a good game and dealing at a sensible time. Enjoy the £18,000! You're a great bloke - with some fantastic box opening styles! Enjoy the money!

Brought a unique and friendly personality to the table, very different than how I thought he's be from seeing him on the wings.

Loved Alex's game, a pity it had a sting in the tail, but glad he saw the real meaning of money and dealt when he did :D
