OH MY GOD!

I don't believe that Leanne! :(

The dream scenario at that point!
neverthelesss you had the lower of the 2

and ENJOY £26,000 - It may appear minimal compared to the ending! But it is still alot of money.

Hope you ( and Kevin  )are enjoying the money!! :D

Urgh, I'm really getting tired of Noel taking people on guilt trips when people deal too soon. What happened to the Noel, who in his book "Positively Happy", says that you shouldn't look back and have regrets? And why was he going on about this being the worst situtation ever? What about Donna who played only six weeks ago (even less than that in recording terms)... and he mentioned Donna for weeks after!

Anyway, Leanne, enjoy the £26,000 and be pleased with it - it's a huge sum of money, far more than what a lot of players go away with!

Spookily, if you define the perfect (or nightmare, depending on whether you've dealt or not) round of 5 as taking the 3 lowest amounts out in ascending order

Then the odds of having the perfect round 3 days running are

( (1/5) x (1/4) x (1/3) )^3

or 1 in 216,000. In other words in should happen once ever 692.3 years.

Thankyou for all your kind words!!!

After filming I did have a couple of nights where I woke up thinking 'if only I had gone on', BUT £26K is a HUGE amount of money and has already made a difference to our lives. I count myself very lucky - not only did I win that, but I had 2 of the best weeks of my life and made some amazing new friends.

I hope you all enjoyed my show.

Lots of love, Leanne xxx

:D :-D :D :-D :D :-D :D :-D :D :-D

Four in a row now, a new record. One in 374 chance, so actually it's not at all surprising that such a run has occurred given that we've had 368 different points at which such a run could have started.

And if you're cynical, you can make a causal link between that generosity and this Power 5 streak...

It seemed as though the generous cycle started with Craig's game (once it actually begun...) and arguably hasn't ended...

I'm not trying to put down Sarah, but what about all the games in between Julie and Leanne? Are we to assume that the numbers she picked for those people had no relevance to their games?

That may be true actually - the editing may be designed to further emphasise Sarah The Psychic (though even considering that, her record is rather impressive...).

I'm glad the money has already made a difference to your (& Kevin's) lives, no amount of money can replace friends. Good Luck :)

Only just watched this one now...

Amidst all the rubbish that Noel spouted at the end, it's easy to forget what a lovely and funny game that was! Leanne was fab and easily the sweetest contestant since Lucy (and Dog-Dog...)

26k was the right deal for that board. Only a reckless gambler or someone who didn't understand odds would have carried on. Well played Leanne - hope you enjoy the cash!

On a completely different note, was that the first game to be recorded after a filming break? Noel's hair looked a little more tidy than usual. I shall consult H's table when I can find it...

Edit: Having just found it, no it wasn't...
