Thank you for your kind comments - I had a ball filming the show (although my nerves were shredded) :D .

Noel was ever so kind to me and his comments at the end were lovely :D

I actually came away with £10k because Ryan gave me a lovely shiny new 1p :D

Pam x

Great game Pam, and like Billy said, what a great amount £9,999.99 is to win - certainly something to speak about - "Why not £10,000?" will be asked fairly often, I bet! Enjoy the money!

Phil's got a pattern going, 4 reds then a blue. I'm looking forward to his game kinda, but terminators never seem to bring big money on their game.

Well done Pam, I bet they gave you 10k! :D

Nope they gave me a cheque for £9999.99 - however Ryan gave me a lovely shiny penny which took me up to the £10k.

I am still perplexed as to how they came up with the amount.

Pam

Good game, very amusing, well done Pam! :)

I would have dealt £9,999.99 as well - it was worth going on at £13k with 2 biggies still there, but as is proved so often, cutting your losses and not chasing the big money on a one-box game is the right thing to do (£3k is not enough of a safety net for me). And once I knew Bunney hadn't been picked at the deal, I said "He MUST have the £3k" - and he did! I loved the way Noel was trying to get him box opening out of the way quietly, but Bunney interrupted him to do his song! :-D

And poor Sandra, I felt really sorry for her!

Hi Pam

Well done on winning £9.999.99

Enjoy the money.

Jim

PS How do you feel about only having 11 games...would you have not preferred to have 20+ games on the wings like everyone else.......and getting the chance to meet even more new friends ??

Actuall Jim although at the time I was totally shocked at being taken after only 11 games - from a practical point of view it worked out great :D

The people I was with from the start to the finish were all great - I doubt I would have been so lucky. However I will never know :D

I always said I wanted to go before Elton simply because I just used to take my lead from him - had he gone first I would have been lost.

Pam

Well played Pam! Ok, so you didn't get quite the best amount out of your game but you weren't far off it, knew when to get out and averted a complete disaster. :D

Considering your opening 3 boxes, I think a penny short of 10 grand is pretty good going!

Glad you had such a great time and hope you'll keep posting here!

Congratulations on getting out in time to avoid disaster and becoming the first person to win an amount with both pounds and pence!

First ever pence deal! Well done, you changed the pence winnings amount from 28 pence to 27 pence.

Also how do you write your surname?
