Could someone clear something up for me; I can't remember which box Karen was meant to open, but I didn't see anything 'special' happening for that box. Who opened it?

Connor opened Karen's Box 18.

Did Noel not mention her absence again when Connor opened it? :suspect:

Yes, that was an excellent game in many ways! :D Humour from the contestant and Noel, a good amount won and a TPW! Well done John on your £12,000! :)

It's funny how you never "know" these things until after they've happened...

Craig opened Karen's box, not Conor - Noel said something about it being Karen's, I think.

John was awesome! I wanted him to get a huge win, but £12k is still nice - think I'd have gone on, and I'd have taken the first £21k if that had really been the offer, but I'm not so sure that it would have been either. Well done John!

Conor still had his box in front of him, so Craig opened Karen's box.

I don't know why, but I wasn't keen on John at all.

Awww Conor didn't open Karen's box, I wanted him to open two boxes so the camera would be on him twice as much. That sucks. :(

On the other hand, welldone John, enjoy £12,000. :D

Am I the only one that wants to adopt John as a grandad after that? What a hilarious guy he was.

Saw the last 10 minutes. Very good, John! :D Hope the 12,000 suits you well.

More than likely, I wouldn't have dealt like you did, but I would have a piece of paper that had a system. :-D

I miss Karen. :( Hope she feels better soon.

Well back to er....relative normality after Sunday's game, but no game with John could be labelled as "normal"!

£12k seemed a good punishment offer when the £250k went, and I'd have probably gone then as I knew only avoiding the block of three after that would raise the offer. He had the John G/Dave W/Mad Paul last five as well, and the £21k offer was comparable to those three, but even Paul and Dave's were cast iron deals I thought, let alone John G's!

Glad he didn't miss out on too much, and it was very entertaining in the process! :)

In all honesty, I think it would have been cool if the two proveout offers had gone back to £16,321 - that would have seemed about right for the state of the board at the two stages as well - four offers the same in one game! :)
