Looking at the stats, I think the offer will be £20,000. In fact, just over £22,000 is very good.

The offer is 76.5% of the average, but it is a strong board. I'm not sure what I would do, and he may feel compelled to continue because of the previous three games. It's a tricky one.

I guessed it would be £26,379, and £19,990 isn't nearly as good. The stats say it is barely better value than the previous offer, so it depends how much he wants the money.
